House Rules

1. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults. Based on the hotel's consideration, an extra adult might be accepted in Penthouses only for an extra fee.

2. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required at the time of check-in.
3. In the event that the credit card transaction is declined, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The room will be considered non-guaranteed and will be reassigned.
4. All reservations are made in MXN currency (even if you make your reservation in another currency), the amount charged for your reservation will be in MXN depending on the exchange rate of the day of the reservation, the exchange rate of the bank or other economic factors.

5. In extraordinary situations, such as proven medical emergencies, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond the guest's control, no reservation may be refunded, the hotel, at its discretion, may offer alternative solutions that may include rescheduling the stay or credits for future reservations.

6. We reserve the right of admission and access to our hotel, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests and staff
.7. Flying drones within the hotel premises and in its vicinity is strictly prohibited unless explicit written authorization is obtained from the hotel management.

Standard and Flexible Rates:

1. Our standard rates follow a regular cancellation policy, allowing guests to cancel without charge up to 15 days before their arrival.

2. The total amount (100%) will be charged 14 days before the arrival date, and this payment is non-refundable.

3. In the case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged with no reimbursements.

4. Flexible rates allow for one date change, not applicable for dates from December 20th to January 20th.

Non-Refundable Rate (NR):

1. All non-refundable (NR) reservations will be charged in full at any time after booking and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

2. We offer the option to change dates once, up to 5 days before the arrival date. This flexibility does not apply to dates from December 20th to January 20th.
